We have found that many real estate agents don’t want to handle the complex and often lengthy short sale negotiation process. We have therefore set up a special program for real estate agents, and we have the ability to work closely with you to facilitate the short sale, so that you can focus on what you do best.

This is how we handle a short sale that may be listed with a real estate agent:

• We work with 3 parties: the seller, the real estate agent and the bank.
• We negotiate directly with the bank and purchase the property, cash.
• After we close with the bank, we list the property, with you representing us as our agent.
• For your protection, contracts clearly state that you will receive the property as your listing.
• Copies of the contract is available upon request.
